Minimum lead times (i.e. latest date clubs can be collected from the home pick up point for delivery to your hotel for the start of your stay):

• Northern Ireland: 2 working days
• Spain: 4 working days
• Portugal: 4 working days

Your clubs will be returned to the same location they were picked up from in the same maximum time as for the outward journey.

Platinum Cover upgrade includes:

PLATINUM - We will collect your sports equipment from your nominated pick up point and deliver everything to your hotel, resort, chalet or golf club. In the unlikely event that your baggage or equipment is lost or damaged in the course of transit, we will provide up to £5,000 towards replacement. Should anything be delayed in transit, we will provide you with up to £100 to hire alternative equipment or buy essentials.

^{Q.) How does the service work and what can I carry?
A.) We have designed a range of XpressYour.com custom carriers that are light yet extremely strong.  We supply airbags as well, and your sportsgear will be much better protected than for instance in a soft carrier on the plane.
We will deliver a custom carrier to your nominated address a week before you are due to travel, or you can take your equipment to one of our Drop-Ship centres, where it will be packed securely for you.
We will carry up to 30 Kilograms in each box. This is a lot of weight and as much as most people can reasonably carry. We suggest that you pack your custom carrier as tightly as possible, and in addition to your golf clubs, skis or snowboards etc include shoes, balls, helmets, poles, ski boots, clothes, towels etc. up to the 30 Kg limit. This pads out the carrier more and hopefully allows you to check in online and travel with hand luggage only - now that's luxury!}

^{When you booked with us we will also have let you know when we will be picking your sportsgear up.  You seal the box according to the instructions we will email you, using the 1 of the 2 Xpressyour.com sticky strips supplied with the carrier.  Alternatively, just take your clubs to a Drop-Ship centre,}

^{Q.) Are my golf clubs safe with you?
A.) Yes - our couriers are some the largest in Europe, they move over 1 million parcels every day!}

^{Q.) What happens if my stuff doesn't turn up at my destination?
A.) We are extremely confident that they will.  Our couriers have a more than 98% success rate of on-time, undamaged delivery.  The fact is that you are much more likely to have your stuff damaged or lost travelling by air!.  We are so confident in our service that should your baggage not arrive on the planned day our Protection Cover will give you an allowance of up to £100 to hire equipment.}

^{Q.) What happens if my stuff is lost?
A.) In the extremely unlikely event that this happens our Protection Cover will ensure you are not out of pocket.}

^{Q.) What happens if I am not in for the driver when he collects?
A.) We will send you email confirmation of your pick up details. If you have to be out for an emergency then please call the telephone number on your confirmation email and we will do our best to help and re-arrange the pick up.  If you are simply not there when you said you would be then we cannot take responsibility - we will consider the booking to be cancelled.  We will still have to pay our couriers in these circumstances so we cannot refund your booking fee.}

^{Q.) What happens if I am not in when the driver delivers my stuff back to me?
A.) The driver will leave a card.  You should contact the number provided and re-arrange delivery for another date.}

^{Q.) What if I cannot wait in for a driver and I still want to use the Xpressyour.com service?
A.) Let us know, we can probably help. For instance we are building a network of Drop-Ship centre's across the UK. Staff at these centres will look after your stuff until it is picked up by our couriers and again until you pick everything up after it is delivered back.  Your stuff remains under our protection cover while it is with our agents.}

^{Q.) What should I do to be ready for the couriers when they are picking up my stuff?
A.) Just make sure everything is in the custom carrier and it is sealed according to the instructions (see your confirmation email).  Put the second sticky tape strip inside the box for the return journey.  The driver will provide a bar-coded label with all your delivery information, but please write your name on the box in marker pen or similar so your hotel can identify which room you are in etc.}

^{Q.) How will I know when my stuff has arrived at my destination?
A.) Xpressyour.com will text your mobile when your delivery is signed for at your destination.}

^{Q.) What about the return journey?
A.) Pack everything in the same way you did for the outward journey, in the same carton.  This time seal the carton with the other sticky tape provided.  If you are staying on a hotel or apartment block please tell the management when your pick up day is and ask them to store the box in their baggage room ready for collection.  The driver will pick it up - you will receive a text message when this happens.}
